E-mail profile: included e-mail address and all relevant information subscribed by e-mail owners to provide you (directly) or to SendGoon e-mail server with 2 purposes:

1) Introduce about their business as well as product/service to us.

2) And e-mail address to us to contact back.

SendGoon e-mail software included 2 main parts: manage, get subscribe of e-mail profile, send e-mail and monitor your sale results to evaluate, analyse the effection of using software , your business result. 

If you want to send e-mail to offer, to provide, to cooperate, but you still do not have e-mail servers (SMTP service), also be sent from your e-mail address through the SendGoon's SMTP service (SMTP.com  ), if you have your own template (*.html,*.eml) to use or use available templates in the software, or compose yourself ... ......

Main features

Message box:

Compose message: Compose the content of message with text format or HTML format, then you can save to *.eml format(e-mail standard format), we also provide a list of available templates for your reference and use, if you have existing site (HTML), you can load to use, or compose them. You can compose multiple e-mails at once and also compose directly from the internet.

Send message: To send message with current composing to e-mail profiles in specific group used direct option or send by SMTP server(depend on your choice). Message is sent with enclosing specific personal's information, others.. such as name, date, subscription request, group of list...You can use free SMTP sevice to send 100 messages by Wizard SMTP  function.

History message: Save e-mail address, its contents & related information sent, supporting the re-send.

E-mail Management list:

Manage lists: Manage e-mail profile lists of partners, disable or enable, subscribe or un-subscribe  e-mail profiles included many informations, allowing to add new e-mail profile, we also edit, sort, filter it, especially it has a picture field which allows stored images to display the logo, the symbol of your partners, individuals, or a video clip introducing partners ( *. gif format).

Black list: Declare excepted e-mail or domain of e-mail to be sent.

Import: Can import e-mail profile list from Yahoo, Google, text file.. other e-mail lists with standard format, also import list directly from Outlook express, MS Outlook.

Export: Export following  standard format or your custom format with text file, you can rename fields to export.

Manage subscription: Put on your site, your message(use add-on tag) a link for subscription(get this code in SendGoon software) or make subscription request to your partners, who will fill in e-mail profile request template and send back to you, then you can receive it by download function in this feature these e-mail profiles into "Manage List" with request information(as your field setting).

Manage bounce-backs: After you have sent e-mail if destination e-mail server raises issue caused by some reasons: delay or fail by "this e-mail does not exist.." and reply to you, this feature will receive and read to analysis these issues(know what issue with smart algorithm?) to apply hard bounce exception or soft bounce exception(explain in help) and disable error e-mail for next send.

Subscribe e-mail profile to SendGoon: You can advertise yourself to SendGoon software community, e-mail profile included your business information, product, demand, and your logo, slogan,  a video clip introducing partners (*.gif format)..and others.

Load e-mail profile from SendGoon: You can download list of e-mail profile SendGoon server with specific keyword, category, and other relevant informations(also your partner's logo or individual picture, or a video clip introducing partners(*.gif format)), Note: these e-mail profiles are registered by e-mail owners. System will check all downloaded profiles in list(subscribe/unsubscribe) before run next download.

Sale monitor: 

Area/Zone, Department, Employee, Product, Sale Results are tables for input your setup and sale results.

Report: Report result following your choosing reports, options, parameters and rapidly show, export many familiar format like Excel, CSV, RTF, MHT, PDF, TEXT, Image.

Chart: Charts show especially in 3D graphic, you can change any view angle to see the results in viewing angle perfect. There are many types of charts for your choice.

Show fields: E-mail profile in standard has more than 50 fields, to make conveniently for your manage information, we design in 15 dynamic fields which you can define by your custom and display according to managing purposes.

Security: You can setup security on your computer(Local security)
